{20 Ways to Use an Ice Cube Tray}

In my Household Tips and Tricks post from last week, one of my favorite ideas was to freeze leftover wine in ice cube trays for future use.  That got me thinking..."What other cool things can I do with my ice cube trays?"

Here are 20 of them...
{Freeze baby food for future use.
{Freeze buttermilk for future use.} 
{Freeze homemade chicken and vegetable stock.}
{Make chocolate-covered cheesecake bites. Recipe here.}

I used it for storing Sofrito (Puerto Rican vegetable base) and it works great! I love the covers so that your ice does not take on any strange flavors. Love these trays. Cover keeps freezer odors out and ice tasting great. It also helps with neatly stacking multiple ice trays. Ice pops out easily…..
