{30 Day Squat Challenge}

Memorial Day weekend is upon us, and that means it's time for sun, sand, and swimsuits!!  This summer is definitely sneaking up on me, and I sure hope I'll be bikini-ready in time.  :)  I've been working extremely hard at getting my pre-baby body back, and I decided it wouldn't hurt to add a 30-Day Squat Challenge to my workout regimen.

I love squats because they're pretty simple to perform, they require no equipment, and you can do them anywhere, which means there's really no excuse for me to pass up this challenge.  I'm starting today so I can tone my tush in time for the 4th of July!! :)

I just started this, and am trying to do the minimum daily amount of the crunches and squats for the day, and then in the evening do them again =p

I just know that when I get up to about 50 crunches and 'hell no' of squats (why do squats hurt SO MUCH after just a few but you have to do more?!) I'm going to be struggling!

Did anyone who posted here finish theirs and get results they wanted?

Encourage me! lol!
