I have always been a huge fan of pretty necklaces - both dainty and bold in style - and I have accumulated quite a few over the years. Although they are still my favorite accessory, I have developed a love-hate relationship with my necklace storage methods.
In the past, I would just toss them in my jewelry bag, and when it was time to throw one on, it would take me forever to untangle them {You can ask my parents - They literally spent 45 minutes getting all of the knots out of my favorite gold necklace so I could wear it to my 30th birthday party...Just another one of the many reasons why they are the best people on the planet!}.
After many, many run-ins with the knots in my necklaces, I decided to take action and find a storage solution. I use this method for my long necklaces, and I was so excited to recently find this DIY tip for storing delicate necklaces on the fabulous Cupcakes and Cashmere blog.
I can't wait to do this at my house, and I hope it comes in handy for you, too!
xoxo,
Katherine
